Failed to get the network card Address

Hi I am getting the error message when I tried to install the PE of NetBrain. Message is "Failed to get the network card Address". I have Windows 2008 server 64 bit platform. Logged in as an Administrator. The user id and password entered as I got it from the NetBrain during the download process.

We have the following solution for you:

Root Casue:
The physical LAN network card is not found.

Solution:
Add/enable a LAN network card and assign an IP address before activating.
