View Full Version : Problems to map devices one day, works fine next day, problem on day 3

Today we use a local admin user in NetBrain to add devices and configure the setup. After the devices are added, the employees use individual users authenticated by an external TACACS server to log on with a engineer role to map devices and do troubleshooting.

But sometimes when a individual user are logged in, NetBrain are not able to map the devices correctly. If we try to do the same operation next day, everything maybe works fine. The third day the problems can occurs again. We are running daily scheduled scan, so that should not be the problem.

Any tips? It's a bit frustrating... You never know if the mapping are working or not.
