ACL Question

Hello guys! :)

I have a router and I want to make an ACL. That will basically allow specific IP Ranges only and deny the rest on a specific HOST. Anyone know how to take this on? :)

My goal is to

Block Source IP going to a Destination HOST (IP)
Allow Specified Source IP to reach Destination HOST (IP)
Allow Every IP to reach the rest of my network.

any help will be awesomely appreciated.

Are you asking how to make an acl or how do implement your specific case?
