There are two ways to add devices into workspace if it doesn't respond to PING:
1) Import their configuration file directly into Netbrain from Workspace > import configuration. 2) To enable “Tune Live Access” for your devices, you can disable the option where if ping fails then netbrain will not discover the device. Browse to “NetBrain” icon on the top left corner of workstation, choose “options”. Please check the attached file for your reference. |

How do I achieve this same thing in version 7.1a?
