With one seat, can rea-only user and admin be logged in at the same time?

If having only one seat license. Can both a read-only user and admin be logged in at the same time? I like to create a user-id that can only view maps. Is that possible?

Hi,
If only one seat, no matter what kind of user only one can login to shared workspace, however for the local workspace, there’s no limitation for login and each person can create their own one.
