Importing device configuration is not supported in v7.1, but is planned to be supported in v8.0, which will be released soon.

We use Plugin to import configuration files in 8.0. Please kindly follow the instructions to define the plugin. We also have a built-in Import_Config under the Plugin Manager>All Plugins>Built-in Plugins>Samples folder for you to reference. You can check the flow to implement this plugin on the Description page.
