Re: Fail to log in NetBrain due to Database issue

Could you please do the followings to see if this issue can be resolved?
1. Test if your MongoDB is working well or not:
mongo --host $your_mongodb_server_ip:27017 -u $your_mongodb_username -p $your_mongodb_password --authenticationDatabase admin

Note:
1. Both Windows MongoDB(Just for POC) and Linux MongoDB can use the same command to connect to MongoDB.
2. $your_mongodb_server_ip is the serverip
3. $your_mongodb_username is the User Name
4. $your_mongodb_password is the Password
On Windows

On Linux

2. Check IIS settings of the server which hosts NetBrain Web API Server

3. Check the FIPS settings of the server which hosts NetBrain Web API Server
http://ws2.netbraintech.com/download...tures/fips.png
The value is set as 1 means that you have enabled FIPS on your server. NetBrain cannot support this feature in our current release.
Could you please double check if you are using the FIPS on your server. If not, please set the above value as 0.
If yes, NetBrain cannot support this feature in our current release. Could you please set it as 0 as a workaround? I will forward this case as a feature request to our PM team for reviewing.
