Automatic Asset Report
I've been instructed to retrieve a daily asset report (all devices) and email that excel file to my VP everyday. Is there a way to automatically retrieve the asset report and email it out every morning?

NetBrain currently doesn't support automatically generate/send the asset report but it is a feature request from our customers so we will be supporting this but we do not have any ETA yet.

Has this feature been implemented yet?
As an alternative, the doc "What's new in NetBrain 7.1" mentions a new feature, a "Qapp Scheduler". Can this new feature be used to automatically run a report at a particular time, and either send the output by SMTP or save the output file to a local drive? |

Hi Jonathan,
I am very sorry to tell you that the feature is not planned. In Netbrain V7.1, the "Qapp Scheduler" supports to schedul to export FRU report, Report Interface Error Counters, Stackable Switch Report and VSS report on a regular basis. But the export process still needs to be done manually. |
