The configuration tip windows uses Design Reader Filters to filter out the configuration files. When your mouse hovering an interface, it shows the basic interface configuration only....

The scheduled discovery will ONLY be automatically launched when the OE Workstation UI is opened already.

Please make sure whether the scheduled discovery is started correctly.
