Default How to gather useful data when interfaces fail to be monitored

Problem:
When launching NetBrain setup files on WIN7, system fails to execute with error 1925/1603/1303 saying that you donít have privilege to load program even with local admin or domain admin.

To help the support team find the root cause of an interface monitoring issue, please gather the following info first.

1. Take a screenshot that shows the failed monitoring info.
2. Check if the ifindex of the interface is -1.
3. Use the SNMPwalk tool to retrieve 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2 / 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1 and 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8 nodes.
The SNMPwalk tool is packaged with NetBrain located at:
Workstation Operator Edition\bin\SNMPWalkTool.exe
4. Provide the configuration files of the devices where monitoring failed.
5. Find out what SNMP version the device uses?
