Hi Kardy,

Thanks for trying NetBrain. We are looking into this problem. In the meantime can you try running the software as an administrator (right click NetBrain icon and select Run as Administrator)?

Thanks,

I have had multiple issues with the install and uninstall process of NetBrain under Windows 7. Looks like, for me at least, the Windows UAC settings my company enforce are set to max. This prohibits NetBrain from installing or uninstalling. I played with lowering the UAC but because NetBrain does not have the license thing setup you have to totally disable UAC for this step. I am getting grief from the Windows support team about this but have yet to mention it to the NetBrain support folks ... until now that is.

Hi Kardy
Can you please send the Netbrain_te.ini file in folder “%windir%\system32\” (for 64 bit, the folder is “%windir%\SysWOW64\”) to support@netbraintech.com so that we can get it fixed ASAP.

Installed fine on Win 7 X64, BUT keep getting the following error msg when trying to enter activation key for Personal Edition:

“It was not possible to connect to the revocation server or a definitive response could not be obtained.,please check the Network connection.”

The network connection is working fine.

Any suggestions?

It looks like you don't have access to our online server so we can't activate your license. Can you please check if you have access to following url and see the "Under Construction" page?
