Default FAQ: How can I make DNS names shown on the L2 map instead of IP addresses?

To show the DNS names of a server instead of IP addresses on the L2 map, you need to resolve DNS name for this server from one IP table. To do so, open the One-IP table, select one or multiple entries, right click the entries and then select Resolve DNS function from the menu. You can also click the “Resolve all DNS” button in the One-IP-table tool bar to resolve all DNS names on all IP addresses in the table. This can take a long time for a large workspace.
