not a product request, but more a support/website request.

Online Ticket Tracking system. I have had a ticket open for over a week, and replying to the mail is not getting any results. It would be nice to be able to get to a webpage on the netbraintech.com site to see if it was still OPEN, or closed, or assigned - or even the ability to update the ticket.

Thanks fo your suggestions. The customer support portal is in developing, should be ready in the near future.
If you did not get responses for the old case, I will recommend you to send an new email (including the case number) to support@netbraintech.com which will open a new case so that someone will double check the old case information and notify the case owner.
