Question How to discover the menu-driven devices?

When I attempted to discover some Cisco IOS devices with menu, the discovery session times out , only snmp configuration file was retrieved. How to get the CLI configuration files? Can NB achieve this via some modifications?
The telnet process is normal, but I need to enter #10 to enter the no-privilege mode, then login process becomes normal again. See login process below:

Username: cisco

Menu list
1. xxxx

Please enter equipment item number: 10

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Default Re: How to discover the menu-driven devices?

NB only supports the general prompts returned from the devices when accessing to it by default. The prompts like “section:”, “Please enter equipment item number:” are not supported. But we can support the special prompts via modifying the Advanced Device Setting to support it.
Please do the followings:
1. Create a device group to include the devices having the same login flow (skip this step if you only have one device in your workspace.), you may need to discover the device by snmp or import the config file to the workspace first to add the devices to workspace.
2. Right click one of these devices and select Shared Device Settings. In the pop-up window click the Advanced button located at the bottom left.
3. In the Advanced Device Settings window, click the Default button to let NetBrain set the default login script and then you can modify them per the interactive process when login to devices.

4. Check the Enable checkbox at the top right corner.
5. Click the Apply to button to apply the setting to the device group you created in step 1 (if you created before).
6. Tune live access for this device (device group) to set the correct login credentials, alternatively, you can manually set them in the Shared Device Settings window. You can map the devices, then right click the blank area in the qmap, click Tune Live Access to set the correct credentials.
7. Retrieve live data with Auto Update Baseline Configuration option selected. Then see whether the snmp config is replaced by the show run results.
