Default Failed to launch webpage after installing ES - Cannot start the default web service under IIS

PROBLEM: WWW service started but default web site under IIS cannot start and gives error: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"
ROOT CAUSE: The port 80 of your server is already in use by some other application or is blocked.

1) Under IIS > default web site > properties > you can change the port number from 80 to any other unused port (like 8080)
2) Restart WWW service and point your web browser to the following link: http://localhost:8080/netbrain from your server The following two steps are to make sure the benchmark function works fine in your server.
3) Open NBBSGateway.config locates at %System%\netbrain\enterprise server\Webserver\conf of ES. Modify the ports of Gatewayport and GatewayForeighport(like 8080) corresponding to the port of WWW service. These places are empty by default.
4)Restart WWW and netbrain benchmark schedule services locate at this server.
APPLIES TO: NetBrain Workstation OE

1)If the restarts of services don't work, reboot the computer .
2)If the GS server has been installed in Windows Server 2008, right click Computer> Manage> Services Manager>Configuration >services, select the Netbrian Benchmark Schedule, and then restart this service to make sure Benchmark run properly. This step is not needed in Windows Server 2003.
