Default subinterface of router not mappig

Does netbrain recognize subinterfaces of routers. I have a single router and it doesn't recognize the BGP mpls cloud of the fact the WLAPs are off the lan segment. from the router everything is a subinterface and that is the only difference I can see between routes that map and this one router.
