Default "1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime" error
When I am installing NetBrain Workstation, an error message dialog pops up.
"1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime". How to figure it out?

Enable a Windows Service named "DCOM Server Process Launcher" and then try to install it again.
1. Right-click the Computer icon on your desktop and select the Manage option. The Computer Management window will then opens.


2. Click the Services and Appliances > Services option, right-click the "DCOM Server Process Launcher" service and select the Start option to enable this service.
3. Launch the NetBrain Workstation setup process again.
