Default Traffic path mapping when next-hop is VRRP IP

Traffic path mapping is failing when the next hops is the virtual IP(VRRP VIP) of a pair of routers. How do we make netbrain understand that this is the VRRP IP and that the device does exist in the work space.

"Path failed: the device of next hop 10.A.X.Y is not in current workspace"

Normally the VIP is automatically parsed by NetBrain. I suspect that there may be a problem with the configuration file parsing for the next hop device.
Please follow insturction to collect the qmap and send to support@netbraintech.com.One of our engineer would like to help you as soon as possible.
