Hi,

If the auto login cannot pass through the username prompt part, you need to check if you had configured the Local Network Setting which to add local Telnet credentials for Smart Telnet and Change Management.
Noticed that we had a case created regarding this issue, and I had sent the details that need to be checked at your side via e-mail.
