FAQ: Which services need to be started to make sure the NetBrain Enterprise Server website can be accessed properly?
Make sure that the following services are already started from Windows services. If any of these services has stopped, restart it.
>> IIS Admin Service >> PostgreSQL Database Server 8.4 for NetBrain >> Secondary Logon >> World Wide Web Publishing Service

Unable to login into Netbrain all services have been started except for PostgreSQL Database server 8.4. An Error msg appears when i try to restart "The PostgreSQL Database Server 8.4 for Netbrain service on VBOSS-NETBRAIN started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." Kindly assist to advise on how to resolve.

Hi VBOSS,
Could you please double check that if there are enough free space for the drive in which NetBrain is installed and also please double check your anti-virus software to see if NetBrain services are blocked or not.
