Could you please tell us how to check the nodes, we found the network nodes is 0 free

Hi Ellen, you can check the available node information from workstation(EE) start page, you can also go to http://your server ip/netbrain, login as “Admin”, switch to “Workspace Server” tab, first “refresh” then “Click Used Nodes” to check how many nodes you assigned to workspace X and how many nodes left.

Please kindly note that the information showing in “License” Tab-network node size of workspace isn’t the available nodes for your shared workspace X. It means the available nodes that aren’t assign to any workspace.

Here is an example, you purchased 200 nodes for your workspace , created shared workspace1 and assign all 200 nodes to shared workspace 1, discovered devices and used 150 nodes. You will see 200(0 free) in CLS-“License”-“Network node size of workspace”, and CLS-“Workspace Server”-“Check Used Nodes”-“License Node Size” 200(150 used). Thanks.
