Default NetBrain Workstation® Map Edition Introduction

Drag and drop configuration files of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls into NetBrain, and a fully annotated map will be created. The map can be exported to Visio with one-click. Map Edition is ideal for

*Real-time network mapping - no more dependency on paper diagrams
*Complex network design analysis
*Network assessment

I work for an MSP and I've been tasked with evaluating network discovery and management tools. NetBrain Map seems to be a pretty slick product but the biggest hurdle is importing device configs. I have Cisco ASA, Routers, Switches and VPN 3000 concentrators that I have to use this product with. In addition to Cisco, I also provide support for Juniper, SonicWall, Checkpoint and other platforms. I have set up a small LAN with Cisco and Juniper devices on it that I am testing and I keep getting configuration import errors. Some of the Cisco configs go in, but not all of them. None of the Juniper configs go in though. Any help would be appreciated. I'm using TeraTerm as my console application and I have also tried to pull the Juniper config via the WebUI and still no joy on importing that file. What are the parameters that Map checks in order to import a file?

Please request a trial of Enterprise edition, which has much better support to multi-vendor and has auto-discovery featurs... You can do this from the main web site.

Hello, I am not able to activate the software NetBrain Personal Edition. I enter my email correctly, but when activating it says failed to get the address of the network card. How do I fix this problem? Thanks

Please refer to this post: How to resolve trial license activation failure
Netbrain trail license requires the workstation with physical NIC enabled.
Thanks.
