Can One-IP Table's DNS resolve be a scheduled task? With a lot of ARP/MAC entries, doing a manual click can take a long time.

Currently, NetBrain doesn't support to make the 'Resolve DNS' in One-IP Table as a scheduled task.
We will report this as a feature request to the PM team for evaluation.

It would be a useful tool to have the User Accounts exported to a csv file. It would also would be nice to parse the information to show who all as been active within NetBrain by the number of days, months, years. An example would be: John Doe last logged in 3 days ago. This would also be helpful as we may not know who all uses it and how many licenses we need.

Thanks for your valuable feedback, I have created a feature request 89209 to our Product Management team to evaluate your request to have the User Accounts exported to a csv file.
Regarding the login log, this feature has been supported in our latest version 7.1a, please refer to http://www.netbraintech.com/docs/ie7...-audit-log.htm.

The log file under the C:\ProgramData\Netbrain\AuditLog directory of Web Server, and this folder is hidden by default

I have gone through the AuditLogs and they are all blank. Is there any where else this would show up?

Did you enable the Audit Log in System Management page?

1.Log into System Management Page.

2.In the System Management page, select the Advanced Settings tab.

3.Select the Enable Audit Log check box, and specify the retention period in the drop-down list based on your needs.

Tip: When you select Permanent, then the audit log will never be deleted.
Note: You can check the log file under the C:\ProgramData\Netbrain\AuditLog directory of Web Server, and this folder is hidden by default.

If it still doesn't work, could you please open a case to [email protected]?

I would like to strongly suggest that we have a Read Only role for NetBrain. Perhaps for 7.1a, have a patch that will add such a feature. This would prove most useful for group that have no need to create or manipulate maps. They should also not have any access to QAPPS, GAPPS or any other part of net Brain. Just to view the shared maps that has been created and either print to PDF or export to Visio.
