We have had the network server as a separate server since initial install years ago, and we are running out of storage space on the server's disk dedicated to NetBrain Network Server.
Is there a list files or some operation I can perform to return disk usage to expected levels? The listed req. for the NS is a 20GB disk. We are currently consuming 31.4GB in the network server directory

Hi, normally important user data won't be left on Network Server, so you may try to uninstall and reinstall Network Server to recover disk space.

1. Please uninstall Network Server and click "yes" when a dialog box prompts to confirm the removal of the application and its features.

2. When you finish un-installment, please go to “X:\Program Files (x86)\NetBrain” and check whether Network Server folder has been deleted.

Please manually delete “Network Server” if it still exists.

3. Please go to http://your server ip/netbrain and download Network Server and install.
