Receive please config network settings error with no context regarding what is missing.

Attempting to discover devices via SNMP in security domain. Note, I am *not* the primary admin. However it appears I can open and modify the domain assigned to me.

Select domain then Manage Domain
Click on Discover
Select Ip Range
Enter single IP (I've attempted a single IP, a range IP-IP and IP Network /24)
Open Network Settings
Click on SNMP Tab
Add new SNMP config for devices
Enable Cconfig, then X out to Discover view
Enter single IP and Click start.

Always receive error Please Config Network Settings.
