Default How to create tech support log on ES and WS

If you encoutner some problems during using NetBrain, you need to gather tech support logs both in ES side and Workspace side.

Workspace side: If you can logon to workspace, click the icon labelled as "I" at the right top of Workstation and select Create Tech Support Log. If you are not able to logon to worksapce(such as fatal crash during logging). You should manually send the log files located at %System%\Netbrain\Workstation Operator Edition\log to NetBrain Support.

ES side: Open the webpage of NetBrain, click Create Tech Support log button on the web page to create the ES log.
