Default OSPF hello packet question

In reference to the above drawing, which routers are going to send OSPF hello packet and to whom?

My understanding: Ospf hello packet is used to build and maintain adjacencies.

RTA will send to and receice from RTB

RTB will send and recieve from both RTA and RTC

RTC will send to and recieve from RTB

In any case, will hello packet be used between RTA and RTC (I mean how are LSA sent, do they use Hello Protocol or are they just a regular IP packet?)

Default Hi~~~

Only Router RTA and RTB will send hello to eachother and RTB and RTC will send hello to each other. RTA and RTC will not send hello packets to each other. The router comes up 1st will start sending hello...this process is like master and slave. The router which starts sending 1st will become master and others will be slave. Only directly connected routers will send hello to each other.

*Mar 1 14:28:01.628: OSPF: Send hello to 224.0.0.5 area 0 on FastEthernet0/0 from 10.5.0.1
*Mar 1 14:28:03.756: OSPF: Rcv hello from 10.6.0.2 area 0 from FastEthernet0/0 10.5.0.2
*Mar 1 14:28:03.756: OSPF: End of hello processing
