Default Fail to see correct version and model info
Hi, some of my devices fail to show correct version and model information in the device properties, please advise.

Hi, Ellen1, could you please try to rediscover these devices with “Retrieve Device/Module/Interface inventory information” option checked? If the devices can be successfully discovered but the issue still persists, please kindly send the Qmap to [email protected] and we will help you ASAP.
