Default Help.Device shows red when running live monitoring

Help.Device shows red when running live monitoring as if it was down but is not. Therefore unable to pull/export of this device.

Alfredo,
Before to monitor the device, please make sure the SNMP works for the device.
You can easy to tune the device in shared device setting.

From the tune log, you can find the SNMP status. If the SNMP works, try to monitor the device again. If the issue still exists, please send us the Tune log for further analysis.
