The previous PE version has been retired years ago but the good news is that our R&D team is working on a brand new version PE and it will be released soon.

Please stay tuned and it will be available on NetBrain site for the download very soon

I was able to download PE V6.2 from here https://www.netbraintech.com/personal-edition/ , it installed, I created an account here as the instructions suggested, it sill won't let me login. Forgot password link gives me a 403 Forbidden error as does the registration form.
