Default Save workspace for future use

If I want to reuse licenses to another customer, how is the best way to save workspace for furture use?
As I see it I must delete all device in workspace before I could move licenses for another workspace!
I know I later must run discover for the old customer, but do I need rediscover all devices from start, or is there a way to build on with the old data?
So my question how could I export/import workspace to later use?

Hello,

I would recommend you to use the local workspace for different customers.
NetBrain has the Export/Import Workspace function at the local workspace.
After login to the local workspace at the workstation, please select Workspace > Export >Export Workspace.
You could save the workspace and reuse the license for another customer.
And for later use, please open a new local workspace and import the workspace .

Hope these information helps.

Hi JPPO,

I would like to add more information regarding your question.
For different customers, we suggest to use the local workspace for them. And you do not have to export the local workspace for specific customer to save the license nodes.
These local workspace will not cost license nodes if you do not open it.
But please make sure you have reserve local workspace nodes for the specific user before create the local workspaces.

Here is the link of the document 'How to reserve offline license' (ws2.netbraintech.com/download/How to reserve offline license.pdf), please refer tp the part 2 of how to allocate local workspace nodes for users.

Thanks for the information, that was useful.
But My next question how to login in to local workspace on offline PC, when I have no connection to licence/workspace server. Is there a local user in Workstation EE 6.1?

/regards

Hello,

I would like to answer your question regarding this using local workspace offline.
The only thing that you need to do is to reserve offline license for your offline PC.
Please kindly refer to this link for document 'How to reserve offline license' (ws2.netbraintech.com/download/How to reserve offline license.pdf)
After you had reserve enough offline nodes for you local workspace, you will be able to open/create local workspaces at your offline PC.

Hi again

Now I try serveral times to make this local workspace, but I can't get to work when I move my pc to another network out in the field.
I cant login to the local PC on 127.0.0.1 and I can't reach my Licence server. How to login so I could make this remote discover?
