Default Challenge: Which Route Table is Right?

Question:
In the following diagram, Gateway router is configured with EIGRP routing peering with Core2, in addition to 2 static routes. For client workstation to access server, 1) which route table is correct for Gateway router? 2) Which path will client machine take?

What would the route table be if I change the AD of the floating route to 90 ?

Nice Test ,if the floating static route with mask 24 is configured , i think it will be preferred than Dynamic
