Default Troubleshoot Retrieve Live Data Failure

  1. Check whether the device has tuned live access successfully. If no, troubleshoot the tuning live access failure issue. For more information, refer to Troubleshoot tune live access failure; if yes, go to the next hop.
  2. Increase the SNMP timeout value and try it again if the data retrieved by SNMP is large. The max value of SNMP timeout is 60 seconds.
  3. If only the routing table is not retrieved, check whether the number of the route table items in the device is larger than the value set in the max route table field of the Tools > Options > Route Table tab. If yes, increase the value set in the max route table field.
