Default How to resolve wrong connections between Endsys and switches in L2 map

OE cannot export the qmap to visio with error "The system failed to export the Q-map to Visio, please check if the Visio has been installed correctly"

**Root cause:
Not clear

Suppose you have server 1 with MAC address A represented in the picture below and it was assigned with the IP address by a DHCP server. Then you use NetBrain WS to calculate the L2 topology and map it out.
After several days, the lease expired and this IP address was assigned to another server (server 2) with the MAC address B (illustrated in the attached document). This entry was also added to the One-IP-Table successfully and the former registered entry was kept there. When you try to map the topology of this LAN, you will see the wrong connection.

**Root Cause:
The root cause is that NetBrain keeps all one-IP-table entries in it and will never try to clean expired entries.
Solution 1:
1, Delete all the entries in the one-IP-table to make it empty.
Press Ctrl +A and then right click to select the delete option.
2, Do a server benchmark with L2 calculation option checked.

**Applicable to: OE all version

**Solution 2:
NB has offered a Filter DHCP Entries option since version V4.1M2. We can use this option to update the One-IP table when performing a Server benchmark, and only keep the latest IP entry which was assigned by DHCP server.
Navigate to the Gateway server, System>Options, check the Filter DHCP Entries option. (You can also check this option on the OE side. In the One-IP Table window, select Options>Filter DHCP Entries, the setting will synchronize with the Gateway server automatically).

**Applicable to: OE v4.1M2 or later.
